Observation

Toddler 2 staff did not demonstrate the use of consistent guidance for children to learn or encourage positive relationships between staff and children. Children told NO multiple times. The classroom did not show routine and no activities for the children were provided throughout Licensor's visit. Children climbing on tables, child knocked over book shelf, and hitting children. When asked, staff reported they had no acitivity's to complete.
